Engineered in Canada in 1982. Patented in 70+ countries. Built in South Africa.

We're the South African end of an international group that's been engineering these crates since 1982. Same patented system. Same standard. Built here, by us.

44 years of crate engineering, in one product

The Clip-Lok SimPak® system was developed in Canada in 1982 by HB Clip-Lok Industries Limited. Clip-Lok SimPak International acquired the company in November 1989 and extended the patents and the business worldwide. Today the system is patented or trademarked in over 70 countries, with active operations across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. We're the South African business. Same patented system. Same engineering standard. Manufactured locally.

Why a patented system matters when your equipment is heading to Perth

A refined product, not a prototype

The crate you brief in Joburg is the same patented system that's been refined across four decades and four continents. We're not figuring it out on your equipment.

ISPM 15 the easy way

Our crates are ISPM 15 exempt by design — no fumigation, no heat treatment, no chasing a certificate the day before shipping. That status is recognised at every port.

Industry depth,
no guesswork

Whether you're shipping a mining pump, a turbine blade, a medical scanner or a piece of fine art, someone in the global group has packed one before. That knowledge comes with your quote.
